Connect failed?

  • Getting these at random. Upgraded to the latest Mysql to, hopefully, correct the problem, but nope. Still getting them.

    Example:


    Database error in vBulletin :

    Link-ID == false, connect failed

    mysql error:

    mysql error number: 0



    Anyone have any ideas of something to research here?


  • Also, I am on my own server. VB3 is the only thing running on it. And I made no config changes when this started happening.

    Doh! I knew I should have included that in my post. Mysql doesnt seem to be 'going away' when I get these messages. The load goes WAY up to around 30 to 40...I get these messages...and then it calms down after a few minutes. This happens every once in a while. I cant tie it to how many members are online, either. I had 550 on the other day and had no problems, but my last few error messages came when I only at 375. Wierd.
