How can I control my eating problems?

  • I do a lot of chewing my food and then spitting parts of it out. Sorry, I know that sounds gross. I just don't feel as bad if I don't eat the whole thing. I hate feeling bad after I eat stuff. I don't feel like I have good self control. And I am definitely addicted to working out, but not to the extent that it's harmful to me. I am not underweight, actually I really need to lose weight. I know all the dieting tricks and such... I guess I just don't like it that I waste a lot of food. I do not vomit, but I spit a lot out... which in the end is not worth it at all cuz I know I still intake too many calories.


  • you can achieve to control your eating problems just by taking initiatives like such as planning and control,do a timetable and follow the rules.concerning your food Just eat those meals which u like only and as such u would not spit.plz reply me 4 any problem.

    Speak to your doctor and get referred on - you are genuinely struggling here and they will be able to put you in touch with the right people


  • You are obviously conscious about your weight. Spitting out food is not the way. Eat healthy, eat small meals but more of them and most importantly realise that it is ok to eat an entire packet of biscuits in one go occasionally. I think you should talk to someone too even if its a close friend, parent or teacher
