  • Depends on your insurance and where you live and if it is a boy or girl. Boys are more costly than girl but they are both inexperienced as I see it.
    It can be very expensive.at least $100 and more a month depending on your coverage and as much as $500 a month more

  • a awful lot. i worked in insurance for 8 years, as its high group and such young driver you will be talking thousands rather than hundreds.
    kwik fit, tesco and quinn direct are very competitve for young drivers tho !

  • well for me on me mums 2.0 HDI VTR Xsara it was 30 squids extra a month! Im a 22 yr old male 2 yrs no claims Ive written off 2 cars! (only one of those was my fault!....Honest!!) Anyways my point is my G/f at the time got added to me mums car for free! (19yrs old with zero years no claims bonus!)


  • Well i am a 36 year old driving the exact same car and its 650 for me , my little brothers mate 3 of them ranging from 17 to 19 got quotes through all the price comparison websites i.e gocompare,moneysupermarket.com and the quotes were between 4000 and 18000 pounds third part - most would insure, so make up your mind! BAD DECISION putting 17 year old behind a audi, what are u thinking? u need to buy him a micra or fiesta or similar! not a medium sized posh car like this, even at 36 im the envy of my freinds lol whether they have a better can than me or not i always get respect in it, and iv managed to soup it up alittle too ..


  • Well, it depends if it's a male or female (males are generally more expensive to insure) and it completely depends on your auto insurance company. It would also depend on how old the car is, if there are air bags, and what state you're in, etc etc etc. There's no way to answer this on the facts you've given. Sorry.


  • well put it this way, i was insured as a named driver on my mum's old L reg corsa and that cost £400 so for an audi is going to be ridiculous.

    By the time you have paid that you may as well have bought them a car.
