Was Twiggy the single most destructive force in young womens culture in the 20th century?

Before that rounded women such as Bardot and Monroe were considered much more attractive than the skinny childrens figure models such as Twiggy.
What do you think?
By the way, i attach no blame to Twiggy herself, she was simply the tool.
Even I'm too young to remember the flappers of the 1920s when thin was in and Wallace Simpson famously said that a woman could never be too rich or too thin.
Plus is you look through history, women have been influenced by successive fads, and fashion magazines, the 1920's was the jazz age, where if you look at women they were slim but not really skinny.
In the real world, does the anorexic looking girl get more attention, or does the woman who is fit & curvy get more?
The answer's pretty clear.
What's sexy didn't change much, women with feminine curves are still preferred FAR more than women who are very, very thin.
That type of body is basically only desired for high fashion modeling, beyond that, not too many find it attractive sexually =o)
who thinks this skinny women crap looks good except for other women and gay men..??
