XBMC for Xbox at 720p or 1080i?

I've just got my componet cable and I'm trying to get xbmc at run at either 720 or 1080. I have found option screen but 1080, 720, 460 is greyed out and i can't change these. Can someone point me in the right direction or thread.

PAL does not support the 720/1080 so you need to switch the xbox to ntsc check out enigmah video switcher for this, you also need to do this in the xbox green menu as well, so you need to be able to switch it to NTSC, then set the green menu options and then you can proceed with the likes of xbmc to set the rest, be aware that 1080 uses a little more memory, so unless you have a real need for it, 720 is the way to go
thats what i did works a dream. PAL Xbox running in NTSC thanks to enigma. Monster component cable from ebay and xbox/xbmc in glorious 720p using aeon skin. Looks the dog's :grin:
